Crestly is a school management platform operated by Shadowbiz Startups ("Crestly", "we", "us", "our"). The Crestly apps are provided to schools so their staff and parents can access school information. Each school remains the owner ("data controller") of its own records; Crestly processes that data on the school's behalf to provide the service.

This policy explains what information the Crestly Staff and Crestly Parents apps collect, how it is used, and your choices. You access the apps using credentials issued through your school; the apps are not intended for use by children directly.

We do not sell your personal information, and the apps contain no advertising and no third-party advertising trackers.
You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings; the related feature (selfie punch) will not work without them.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted by role-based permissions and per-school isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then in line with your school's record-keeping requirements and applicable law. You may request deletion as described below.
The apps are used by adults — school staff and parents/guardians. Children do not create accounts or use the apps. Information about students is part of the school's records and is shown only to the authorized parent/guardian and school staff.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Because your school controls its records, please direct such requests to your school administrator, or contact us at it.crestly@gmail.com and we will assist the school in responding.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the app.
